Modern Expansive Pool Environment

This outdoor living transformation expanded into the back and sides of the property to create a modern style while staying true to the home’s architecture. The inviting backyard space features a variety of different design elements, yet we were able to maintain important lines of sight through creative use of space. By positioning the fire pit further from the pool, we developed a private secondary living area. Adding a custom wood privacy screen in a different material brought warmth to the living area. The expansive deck pads intentionally mirrored the home’s large, beautiful doors and windows, resulting in a cohesive overall design. The main water feature of the pool was the focal point for the backyard with other smaller water features flanking it – the varying rectangular shapes in the materials used helped define that focal point.
